About Our Therapy Team We’re a large, close-knit rehabilitation team that values collaboration, mutual respect, trust, and continuous learning. Our team includes both experienced clinicians and new graduates, creating an environment where everyone has the opportunity to learn, contribute, and grow. As a COTA, you’ll work closely with Occupational Therapists and a multidisciplinary care team while benefiting from the support of two dedicated Rehab Aides for treatment setup and assistance.
