This role is ideal for clinicians who enjoy fast-paced environments, interdisciplinary collaboration, and helping patients recover after surgery, illness, or injury. \n Both experienced clinicians and new grad PTs are welcome, with mentorship and clinical support provided. \n What You’ll Do \n \n Evaluate and treat patients in acute and inpatient hospital settings \n Develop and implement individualized plans of care \n Provide mobility training, gait training, and discharge planning \n Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and case managers \n Document patient progress and outcomes \n Educate patients and families on safe mobility and recovery \n \n Hospital Environment \n \n Acute care and inpatient rehab units \n High-acuity, medically complex patient population \n Interdisciplinary healthcare teams \n \n Qualifications \n \n Doctorate or Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program \n Active (or pending) state PT license \n Acute care or hospital experience preferred (not required) \n \n Compensation & Benefits \n \n Competitive weekly pay (travel or local contracts) \n Guaranteed hours \n First-day medical, dental, and vision benefits \n Housing stipend (travel roles) \n Meals & incidentals stipend \n License reimbursement \n Relocation assistance (when applicable) \n $1,200 CEU allowance per year \n 401(k) plan \n Short- and long-term disability \n Weekly direct deposit \n \n \n \n \n \n Critical Connection, inc Job ID 19124347.
