What You'll Do

• Provide critical care management for adult ICU patients in a teaching hospital setting
• Round with attending physicians and respond as a clinician to patient care needs
• Manage a census of approximately 7 patients daily, including bread-and-butter ICU cases and some burn patients
• Collaborate with a team of APPs and supervising physicians to deliver high-quality care
• Complete rounds, assessments, and documentation in Epic EMR
• Respond independently with some supervised independence, minimizing procedural responsibilities
• Contribute to patient stabilization and recovery efforts in a fast-paced ICU environment

What You Need

• Required:
  • Board Certification in Adult Critical Care
  • MA state license (or applicable PAs license)
  • ACLS, BLS, DEA
  • 2+ years ICU experience
• Preferred:
  • Local candidates with the ability to stay in town
  • Experience with adult ICU and burn patients
  • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
