This role is responsible for synthesizing data across ecommerce, marketing, CRM and merchandising to provide visibility into performance and identify opportunities for growth.This role brings analytical rigor and business storytelling ensuring data is not only accurate and accessible, but also translated into meaningful insights that influence decisions and drive measurable outcomes across the business.Essential Job Functions:Partner with Digital and Marketing leaders to define reporting needs, including key views, KPIs and performance frameworksOwn and maintain reporting for eCommerce and digital marketing KPIsConsolidate data from multiple sources (Google Analytics, CRM/email/SMS, paid media, Power BI, merchandising) into cohesive viewsDevelop and manage dashboards and recurring reporting that provide clear visibility to leadershipEnsure consistency and alignment of KP’s and definitions across teamsPartner with cross functional teams to validate data accuracy and integrityIncreased visibility and clarity of performance across channelsReduced time to access and interpret key business metricsAlignment across teams on core KPIs and reportingAnalyze and forecast performance across customer journeys, segments, channels, and campaigns to identify drivers of growth or decline and areas of opportunityProactively surface insights related to focus KPI’s, customer segments and behaviorTranslate data into clear, concise narratives and executive-read summariesConnect performance insights to business impact and actionable recommendationsAssist in forecasting and planning, including building projection tools and analyzing trendsTailor insights and presentations to different audiencesProvide ad hoc analysis to support business priorities and leadership questionsInsights that directly influence business decisions and prioritiesClear understanding of performance drivers across teamsIncreased adoption of data in day-to-day learningStrong engagement with insights and reporting across stakeholdersPartner with ecommerce and marketing leaders to define success metrics for testsTrack and analyze results of site, marketing and customer experience testsEstablish consistent frameworks for evaluating performance (pre/post analysis, KPI tracking)Identify patterns and insights across tests to inform broader strategiesHelp prioritize opportunities based on data and potential impactIncreased effectiveness and scalability of test-and-learn initiativesClear measurement of impact from key initiativesContinuous improvement in digital performance metricsDrive visibility into digital performanceOwn reporting frameworks and key metricsUnify data across platforms into a cohesive view of the businessTranslate insight into clear, actionable recommendationsEnable data-driven decision making through effective storytellingSupport test-and-learn through measurement and analysis.SVP Digital Commerce and MarketingVP Digital Commerce and Performance MarketingPlanningFinanceMerchandisingEducation and Certifications, Experience and Skills, and Competencies:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field preferred3–5+ years of experience in eCommerce, business analytics, merchandising analytics, digital performance, or related analytical rolesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendationsExperience working with eCommerce and digital KPIs including traffic, conversion, demand/sales, AOV, customer behavior, marketing performance, and inventory productivityAdvanced proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platformsAbility to consolidate and synthesize data from multiple systems and reporting sources into clear, accurate, and actionable insightsExperience assisting with forecasting, planning, and performance projectionsStrong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and reporting integrityAbility to partner cross-functionally to gather business requirements and support decision-makingStrong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate business performance and opportunities to various audiencesComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities and changing business needsExperience supporting reporting enhancements, dashboard development, system transitions, or platform migrations preferredProactive, curious, and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and business impactStarting Rate: $110,000.00All qualified applicants with criminal histories will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Change Act.
