The Opportunity We're looking for a results-driven Manager, Trade Show Operations to join our team and play a pivotal role in the seamless execution of our trade shows and markets. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving logistical puzzles, and are energized by building relationships across teams, this role is for you. What You'll Do Oversee all phases of the trade show lifecycle — from installation and dismantling to freight coordination and vendor relations Lead exhibitor communications and manage digital platforms including Map Your Show (MYS) and GES exhibitor portals to drive engagement and satisfaction Serve as the primary liaison between leasing, internal departments, external vendors, and exhibitors to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment of booth requirements Direct food & beverage coordination with partners such as LEVY, aligning delivery with operational and leasing objectives Manage GES booth package communications across markets, ensuring accurate package calculations and reliable data for exhibitor kit development Establish and maintain standards for signage, décor, and event aesthetics, including vendor partnerships, inventory, and quality control Guide exhibitors through the onboarding process — booth package ordering, show compliance, and deadline management Collaborate on Market Sheets and cross-departmental communications to keep all stakeholders aligned What You Bring Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Business, or related field — or equivalent hands‑on experience in trade show operations Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset Tech-savvy and adaptable — comfortable learning event management systems and tools quickly Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for cross-functional collaboration Customer-focused with the flexibility to support a wide variety of event and operational needs Skilled in time management, resource planning, and driving operational efficiency Why DMC?
