We are seeking a Fellowship‑Trained Breast Surgeon to join a full‑time, multi‑specialty practice with a dedicated breast surgical oncology division in San Diego. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient‑centered breast care alongside a team of specialists, including radiologists, oncologists, pathologists, and reconstructive surgeons. Perform clinical breast surgeries, manage a busy clinic, and collaborate on multidisciplinary care. Perform 4‑8 cases weekly. Manage a full clinic schedule. Work closely with reconstructive and radiology teams to deliver high‑quality care. Qualifications Must have completed a breast surgery fellowship and demonstrate a commitment to teamwork, quality improvement, and community outreach. Strong clinical skills and experience in breast oncology, with a focus on evidence‑based practice.
