Job Description

Join our dynamic Emergency Department team, known for its commitment to providing high-quality care in a collaborative environment. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting focused on delivering exceptional patient experiences. Our unit serves as a referral center and is equipped to handle a diverse range of emergency medical situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in acute and emergency medical settings.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and implement care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Engage with patients and families to promote understanding of care provided.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including at least 1 year in an Emergency Room setting.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required upon hire.
• ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS certifications are required before starting date.
• Experience in a Level II trauma center or a high-volume emergency department is preferred.
• Ability to work flexibly in various areas of the Emergency Department.
