Milieu Supervisor & Recovery Care Trainer
Magnolia Creek
Magnolia Creek is seeking a Milieu Supervisor to provide training, scheduling and immediate supervision for the Recovery Care Specialist team at the designated facility in Columbiana, AL. You will partner with the Executive Director to maintain staffing and ensure client safety and excellent service.
You will lead coaching for continuous improvement and model Magnolia Creek's mission in every interaction, while coordinating with the Clinical Director to support emotional well‑being and treatment
