Compensation & Incentives Competitive Salary : Earn between $80,000 - $92,000, reflecting your skills and experience. Clinical Excellence Pays Off : Earn monthly bonuses, paid quarterly. RBT training provide more interaction and collaboration; including a RBT Buddy that will check in with new hires and support them through training.
