Technical Program Manager - Health Insurance

RESPONSIBILITIES Work on the latest applications of data engineering to solve complex business problems in the Healthcare domain. Lead and manage analytics programs focused on claims datasets. Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-level analytics solution designs. Apply advanced analytics approaches, methodologies, and best practices to leverage data for informed decision-making. Ability to translate strategy into action, with strong analytical skills and the capacity to simplify complex issues and orchestrate actionable plans to resolve challenges. Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, analytics, design, business) to deliver high-value features and ensure solutions meet both user needs and business outcomes. Experience working with all management levels and consulting with key business stakeholders. Present analytic and product solutions to business audiences, demonstrating solution robustness and the potential for tangible business value. Participate in solution design discussions with team members, applying relevant analytic techniques to create actionable business insights. QUALIFICATIONS 11–15 years of experience in claims dataset analytics within the Health Insurance domain. Strong understanding of Claims, datasets Hands‑on on EDW/Teradata/SQL who can manage project timelines, communicate with key stakeholders, and plan for team capacity. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; able to operate in fast‑paced, evolving landscapes. Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience Significant career development opportunities exist as the company grows.
