As a Priority Caregiver with our Priority Care Team, you’ll step in to support older adults and families during short-notice care needs, schedule changes, hospital transitions, or unexpected gaps in care — providing thoughtful, relationship-centered support when it matters most. This role is intentionally designed for caregivers who value meaningful work without a fixed weekly schedule and appreciate the flexibility to choose shifts that fit their lifestyle. Occasional same-day urgent coverage opportunities may include an additional shift incentive for caregivers able to step in on short notice.
