Talent Acquisition Specialist

The main function of a talent acquisition specialist is to seek out, interview, and screen applicants to fill existing and future job openings and promote career opportunities within an organization. A typical recruiter is responsible for finding new talent to bring to an organization. Job Responsibilities: Manage high-volume recruitment for manufacturing and hourly positions. Review resumes and conduct candidate phone screens. Recruit for roles such as Associate Assemblers, Machine Operators, Inspectors, and Material Handlers. Coordinate onsite assessments and interviews, ensuring strong candidate attendance and engagement. Maintain consistent follow-ups and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide a positive candidate experience. Utilize ATS platforms and existing applicant pools to identify qualified candidates. Required Qualifications: Previous recruiting experience is mandatory. Strong high-volume recruiting and candidate screening experience. Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
