Requirements
- Minimumof4yearsofexteriorcarpentryandresidentialconstructionexperience
- Experiencewithexteriorsiding,trim,soffit,fascia,decking,waterproofingdetails,andexteriorfinishes
- Abilitytoreadandinterpretplans,elevations,andconstructiondrawings
- ProficiencywithhandtoolsandpowertoolsincludingSkilsaw,mitersaw,routers,nailguns,andlevels
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalentpreferred
- Mustprovideabasicsetofhandtools
- Abilitytoworksafelyonladders,scaffolding,andelevatedsurfaces
- Abilitytoliftupto80poundsandperformrepetitivephysicaltasks
- ValidCaliforniaDriversLicenseandreliabletransportation
- Professionalappearanceandconduct ; punctualanddependable
- StrongunderstandingofjobsitesafetyandOSHAcompliance

- Readandfollowplans,elevations,andfinishdetailsaccurately
- Measure,cut,assemble,andinstallmaterialstoprecisespecifications
- Performlayoutandinstallationofexteriorfinishsystems
- Maintainaclean,organized,andsafeworkenvironment
- WorkcloselywithForemen,Superintendents,subcontractors,andothertrades
- Ensureallworkmeetscompanyqualitystandardsandprojecttimelines
- Followallcompanysafetyproceduresandproperlyusetoolsandequipment
