Position Summary Transportation Project Manager (Towson or Rockville, Maryland). Full‑time role with 8‑12 years of experience. Flexible remote work options (2‑3 days per week from home). Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland, Virginia, or Washington, DC. 8‑12 years’ experience in roadway, highway, and traffic control plan preparation with project management experience. Proficiency with MicroStation/OpenRoads or AutoCAD/Civil 3D. Strong written and oral communication skills. Responsibilities Lead multi‑discipline teams on transportation design projects, focusing on multi‑modal roadway projects. Act as liaison between client and project team, including external stakeholder agencies. Manage all technical resources, including subconsultants. Prepare task proposals, set project pricing and budgets. Develop project management plans and prepare monthly progress reports. Create and maintain project schedules. Lead or participate in client meetings and presentations. Provide quality control reviews of submittals and deliverables. Mentor and train junior staff. Assist with production tasks (CADD drawings, reports, graphics/renderings). Support Group Leader and Division Directors with business development and proposals.
