Location: Arlington, VA

Description:

• The Senior ServiceNow Administrator shall have 5 or more years of experience with ServiceNow and have earned ServiceNow Mainline CSA certifications, Citizen Developer Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
• Participate in deployment of features and ServiceNow releases.
• Make recommendations and participate in implementing ServiceNow requirements.

Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Service Management.
• 5+ years of demonstrated configurations, applications and integrations.
• Demonstrated knowledge in developing and executing maturity recommendations to improve the overall performance, efficiency and effectiveness of the platform.
• Demonstrated knowledge of developing and executing automated test frameworks (includes best practices, guidelines, process, tooling).
• Proficient in the use of tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles applying automated CI/CD practices.
• Ability to monitor, troubleshoot and recommend solutions for integrations between ServiceNow and other off-premise cloud services such as Microsoft Azure, and between other on-premise FDIC systems. Micro certification in Integration Hub recommended.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Range: $1235,000-155,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
