Customer Accounts Advisor Job ID: 77548 Schedule: Corporate Retail Store Posted: 06/17/2026 Salary range: $13.25 to $14.00 per hour/annually. Eligible for incentive pay based on performance. Skills for Success Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors coach customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals by understanding lease benefits and ensuring customers are fully satisfied. Advisors build relationships over the phone and face‑to‑face to bring customers closer to ownership. Responsibilities Attain and maintain customers’ accounts, including updating information in the store computer system and documenting all customer payment appointments. Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements through home visits and telephone calls. Sell customers the benefits of timely lease renewal payments. Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals. Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management. Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all personally returned items. Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and route sheets daily. Load, secure, and protect product in the company vehicle. Safely operate the company vehicle. Assist the Sales Team as needed. Perform any reasonable duties requested by management. Qualifications U.S. applicant must be at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with Company’s Driver Qualification Policy, including satisfactory MVR; Canadian applicant must be at least 18. Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (U.S.). Ability to work varying schedule of hours from 8 am to 9 pm. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with assistance of a dolly. Preferred: Two years of retail/customer service experience. Preferred: High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High energy and ability to perform all store functions and multitask effectively. Proficient computer skills. Proper telephone etiquette.
