This is a sales-focused position with an emphasis on developing new customer relationships and growing our agency. You'll connect with prospective customers, learn about their needs, recommend appropriate insurance solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process. You don't need to be an insurance expert on day one. We're looking for someone with the right combination of drive, communication skills, coachability, and willingness to learn.
