Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Compensation: $18.75-$23.50 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday- Friday | 6:00am- 2:30pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Shipping & Receiving Associate workers for a thermal systems and solutions company in Eden Prairie, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure products reach customers on time and in excellent condition by coordinating shipments and maintaining accurate documentation. • Prepare, package, and label products for shipment
• Verify orders against shipping documents and customer requirements
• Create and maintain shipping records in company systems
• Coordinate pickups with carriers to meet delivery deadlines
• Inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area while following all safety procedures

What You Need to Bring to the Shipping & Receiving Associate:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow written instructions
• Basic computer/data entry skills (shipping software experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail when verifying orders and documentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodations
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Reliable transportation to Eden Prairie, MN
• Ability to pass applicable pre-employment screenings
