Clinical Manager – Care (Case) Management
Job Type: Full Time
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Salary: $54,000 – $84,000 Annually (DOE)

Position Summary

Leads care management operations, ensuring effective care coordination, utilization management, regulatory compliance, and improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise care management staff and daily operations.
• Oversee care coordination, utilization reviews, authorizations, denials, and appeals.
• Review clinical records and ensure appropriate care delivery.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams, providers, and payers.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and policies.

Qualifications

• RN license and BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Preferred: BSN, acute care experience, case management leadership experience, CCM/ACM certification.

Skills
