Operating Room Assistant – Providence Portland Medical Center 1 FTE, Day shift opening (5, 8‑hour shifts, 0640‑1520) with rotating weekends and holidays. The Perioperative Aide assists in the OR function by helping the anesthesia provider, cleaning and preparing operating rooms, safely transporting patients, retrieving and decontaminating equipment, stocking general supplies in the operating rooms and work room, processing and maintaining equipment, supplies, instruments, and related items as needed. Required Qualifications National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire 1 year clinical experience in an accredited hospital with operating room experience Preferred Qualifications Anesthesia experience Pay Range $20.00 – $29.08 per hour. Additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives or bonus opportunities.
