As the Executive Director, you will serve as the Administrator of the entire home‑health provider and be responsible for the oversight of day‑to‑day operations, including coordinating and completing assigned projects to support the company’s immediate and long‑range objectives, overseeing patient eligibility and service planning, implementing compliance practices, enhancing profitability, and motivating and retaining qualified staff. Primary Responsibilities Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long‑range objectives of the company. Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home‑care services, plans for services to be provided, and supervises their total home‑health care. Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations. Enhances the profitability of the agency, motivates staff, and ensures the quality of services delivered. Required Qualifications Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years of supervisory or administrative experience in home‑health care or a related field. Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation. State Specific Requirements CT: Must have a master’s degree in nursing or a bachelor’s degree. At least 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience in a healthcare facility; an associate nursing degree cannot serve as Executive Director. Preferred Qualifications Current CPR certification or ability to complete within 90 days of hire. Home Care experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to work independently. Good communication, writing, and organizational skills. Pay is based on several factors, including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, and other elements. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually for full‑time employment.
