Accounting Manager

Addison Group's SoCal office is partnering with a growing, industry-leading organization in the wholesale space that is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting leader who enjoys managing a team, improving processes, and playing a key role in maintaining accurate financial reporting within a complex, multi-location environment. Compensation Up to $150k base + bonus + comprehensive benefits package Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and maintain strong internal controls Support internal and external audits Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements Partner cross-functionally to resolve accounting and business challenges Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership experience Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls Proven ability to manage and develop a team Experience in a mid- to large-sized organizationAddison Group's SoCal office is partnering with a growing, industry-leading organization in the wholesale space that is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join their team.
