As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer to partner directly with our CEO and Executive Teams to lead the financial strategy behind our mission.

We are a mission‑driven organization across Southern California and managing upwards of $100 M.

Reporting to: CEO

Working hours: M‑F, 8‑5pm

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CEO to shape and execute organization‑wide strategic goals
• Sit at the table with the Board and Executive Committee, providing insight on performance, risk, and opportunity
• Ensure compliance and strong fiscal performance across state funding programs, contracts, and grants
• Oversee risk management, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance from a financial lens
• Build out a more robust bonus/profit‑share structure alongside our leadership team
• Champion a culture of transparency, equity, and collaboration across the organization

What You Bring

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership experience
• 5+ years at the executive level
• Deep expertise in GAAP, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, general ledger oversight, and FP&A
• Hands‑on experience with M&A activity
• Strong background in risk management and resource allocation
• Working knowledge of state and federal funding programs experience
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s in Business preferred
• Excellent communicator who can build relationships across a diverse, multidisciplinary team
