Address: Birdville Independent School District Wage: $22.00 Schedule: M-F 9am to 6pm (these hours may change depending on operational needs) Skills: Help Onboarding/interviewing partial recruiting for general cleaner positions Be able to drive between multiple locations to perform cleaning inspections, train new personnel and more Responsibilities: Able to perform the duties of supervised staff Completes regular quality inspections of assigned client Ensures all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long term retention. Builds a culture of work safety and leads by example with one’s own safe behavior Treats co-workers with respect and approaches conflict with positive intent and professionalism Asks questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it – champions change when improvements can be made Must have a coaching mindset and be a champion of your team Collaborative style with strong influencing skills Previous experience of cleaning procedures and practices Good time management Proficient written and verbal English communication Strong employee and client focus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities Experienced with stocking and replenishing Supplies Requires following safety policies and procedures at all times (such as locking doors, using proper chemicals and reporting incidents).
