This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, leading complex implementations, guiding solution decisions, and ensuring successful outcomes from design through go-live.ResponsibilitiesComplete complex system configuration and assist with testing as necessary; ensure proper configuration management and change control processesGather and document business requirements based upon client requirements and known system functionalityLead design sessions to uncover interdependencies and design decision impacts using recommended practicesResponsible for training, coaching, guiding and mentoring Application Analysts and ConsultantsIdentify, resolve and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and Netsmart leadership; analyze data to determine configuration readinessDevelop client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectivesIdentify and execute process improvement opportunities and efficienciesIdentify and generate documentation for best practices in methodologyQualificationsRequiredBachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experienceAt least 2 years of health care information technology implementation experience including troubleshooting data and software applicationsAt least 1 year of process improvement experienceAt least 1 year of project execution experienceExperience with reporting solutions similar to Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, SSISPreferredExperience with programing solutions similar to JAVA Script, HTML, CSS, Asp.NET, C#, Visual Basic, VB.netExperience with Netsmart EHR solutionsExperience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long-term care, senior living, etc.ExpectationsPotential travel 20% of the time as neededPosition may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones, and any required travel#LI-EW1Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
