Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Office Manager for a local insurance and financial services office. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, ensuring exceptional client service, and helping maintain a productive and efficient office environment.
What You'll Do
- Oversee daily office operations and workflow management
- Lead, support, and hold team members accountable for performance and service standards
- Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and time-off requests
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training employees
- Ensure client inquiries and service requests are handled promptly and professionally
- Assist with policy changes, account maintenance, billing questions, and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with agency procedures
- Monitor workloads, resolve operational issues, and improve office efficiency
- Support agency leadership with reporting, planning, and process improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of office management, leadership, customer service, insurance, banking, or financial services experience
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Property & Casualty insurance experience is a plus
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business management systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
