How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Direct Care: Deliver hands-on patient care and execute medical orders following established safety protocols.
• Monitoring & Tracking: Implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and communicate status changes promptly.
• Care Coordination: Connect doctors, specialists, and families to ensure seamless, well-managed care.
• Discharge Planning: Partner with the healthcare team to prepare patients for a safe transition home.

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.
