Job ID:26-22379 Pay Range: $42 - $45/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.) Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze physician performance metrics and compensation data
• Evaluate physician bonus eligibility using complex business criteria
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models using formulas, Pivot Tables, lookups, and data validation
• Analyze large datasets and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop executive PowerPoint presentations summarizing findings and recommendations
• Partner directly with physician leaders to gather business requirements and answer compensation-related questions
• Facilitate meetings with physician committees and leadership teams
• Support annual physician performance summary and compensation review processes
• Recommend improvements to compensation methodologies and business processes
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, Compensation, and executive leadership
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and confidentiality across compensation programs

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Analytics, HR Consulting, Business Consulting, Finance, or Healthcare Analytics
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Pivot Tables
• Complex formulas
• VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
• INDEX/MATCH
• Data analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with large datasets
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly
• Excellent PowerPoint presentation skills
• Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence leaders without direct authority
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Healthcare industry experience
• Physician or Provider Compensation experience
• Experience supporting Medical Groups or Physician Organizations
