Pay Pay range: $19 USD to $21 USD per hour. Tips and bonus may apply. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job‑related reasons. Description At Five Guys, we serve outstanding burgers and fries in clean restaurants with a top tiered customer service approach. Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned. What can you expect? Real work/life hours of operation. Most locations open at 11:00 a.m. and close between 10:00 p.m. and midnight, with no drive‑trus.
