Executive Director (ED) Support Volunteer (Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Executive Director (ED) Support Volunteer to provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role is ideal for individuals interested in executive support, operations, and nonprofit management, offering hands-on experience in a mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Executive Director’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
• Monitor and manage email communications, including drafting and responding on behalf of the ED
• Prepare reports, documents, presentations, and briefing materials
• Coordinate internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion
• Track projects, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution
• Assist with event planning, meeting logistics, and organizational coordination
• Maintain accurate records, files, and databases

Qualifications:

• Strong administrative or executive support experience (academic, volunteer, or professional)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and email management tools
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Preferred Skills (Not Required):

• Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
• Experience coordinating across teams or time zones
• Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
