\nSchedule: Onsite Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:30 PM or 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch.
\n \nJob Description:
\nThe MRO Clerk supports the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) team by entering and verifying repair data in ERP and invoicing systems. This role works closely with repair technicians to ensure repair orders, pricing, invoices, and documentation are accurate and complete. This is an internal, back-office data entry position with no travel or external customer interaction.
\nResponsibilities:
\n- \n
- Evaluate repair requests from Repair Technicians and initiate Repair Order and Invoicing for customers. \n
- Provide initial screening of customer repair orders. \n
- Evaluate Change Control Board requests and process according to change requirements. \n
- Enter work orders from customers into ERP for OEM and Spare customers. \n
- Entering and maintaining correct data into company database systems. \n
- Scan required paperwork and run software to ensure correct data entry. \n
- Formulating queries and reports using Microsoft Excel. \n
- Initiates business related correspondence with customers and internal departments using Microsoft Word. \n
- Ability to provide coverage for team members when needed. \n
Requirements:
\n1 to 3 years of customer service, account, sales or contract experience
