Billing Specialist

Century Group is in search of an experienced Billing Specialist to join a team in the Denver metro area. Qualified candidates with 3-5+ years of billing experience. Local candidates only.Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $30 to $32 per hour.
Hybrid position (2 days of choosing WFH) Job Description:- Manage weekly billing
- Monthly WIP reports
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
- Review and enter data updates in the systems and spreadsheets
- Review discrepancies in billing received
- Advise supervisor of issues related to data
- Manage, track, and adjust billing
- Communicate via email to clients and engineering department
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel and ERP system skills
- Viewpoint software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Able to adapt to changing priorities
