Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment strategies tailored to client needs.

• Lead therapy sessions with adult individuals and couples, employing various therapeutic modalities suited to each client.

• Document therapy sessions and client progress within a 24-hour timeframe, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal standards.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, constantly revising them to reflect the client's evolving goals and challenges.

• Engage in regular peer consultations for case reviews, fostering a culture of shared learning and professional development.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and secure client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working with a diverse client population, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other emotional disturbances. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline is required.

• Must hold active, independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) in the state of Oregon.

• Comfortable utilizing virtual platforms to conduct therapy sessions and manage client interactions.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

• Experience with telehealth services or remote counseling preferred.

• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or similar approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 – 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
