Pay: $16.00-$19.00 per hour (based on education and experience)

The Learning Experience of Mandarin - Jacksonville, FL is looking for an energetic and nurturing Two Year Old Teache r to join our amazing team! If you have a passion for early childhood education and love watching young learners explore, discover, and grow, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Two Year Old Teacher , you'll help guide children through some of their most exciting developmental stages-building independence, curiosity, and confidence through play-based learning and hands-on activities.

What You'll Do:

• Create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers (ages 1-2 years).
• Implement The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P.® Curriculum that encourages exploration, movement, and creativity.
• Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through structured and free play.
• Maintain open communication with families, providing daily updates and milestone achievements.
• Ensure the safety, cleanliness, and well-being of every child in your care.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1+ year preferred).
• CDA, Associate, or higher degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; High school diploma/GED required.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Must meet Florida childcare licensing requirements .
