CRM Associate

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time CRM Associate will manage daily data entry and validation tasks, support CRM-driven marketing campaigns, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM workflows in a dynamic software environment. Key responsibilities Maintain and update CRM databases to ensure data integrity and accuracy Generate and distribute regular CRM reports on customer activity and campaign performance Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and recommend enhancements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field preferred 1-2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably in a software or technology environment Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights Familiarity with data privacy standards and best practices
