We are looking for a Spark Ignitor to become the heartbeat of our customer experience. This person will be the first friendly voice our customers hear, the person who sets the tone for every interaction, and a key leader in creating the world-class experience AstroWatt is known for.

As our Spark Ignitor, you will:
⚡ Create an unforgettable first impression for every customer who contacts AstroWatt Electric
⚡ Own the customer journey from the first phone call through follow-up
⚡ Turn questions into confidence and concerns into solutions
⚡ Support our electricians by creating smooth communication between the office and field
⚡ Identify opportunities to improve our systems, processes, and customer experience
⚡ Help build the culture and reputation of one of the Triangle’s fastest-growing electrical companies

What You’ll Bring
