POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced SAP S4 HR & SuccessFactors Lead Consultant to support a critical Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement on-site in Omaha, NE. This role serves as a primary client-facing functional lead driving incident resolution, service request execution, and ongoing system enhancements. You will work closely with client HR and IT teams to ensure full alignment, seamless US Payroll and Time Management processing, and reliable operational stability.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver end-to-end functional support for incidents, service requests, and minor system enhancements in an active AMS environment.

Perform complex issue analysis, root-cause identification, and timely resolution across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules.

Oversee and support SAP HCM US Payroll processing and Time Evaluation workflows to maintain strict compliance and operational accuracy.

Provide direct functional configuration and user support for SuccessFactors modules including Recruiting (RCM) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).

Execute end-to-end system testing, functional validation, and user acceptance support activities.

Prepare clear functional documentation, business specifications, and operational handover materials while maintaining strict SLA adherence.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

An elite, season-level SAP HR subject matter expert with over 15 years of deep technical and functional hands-on experience in both legacy SAP HCM and modern SuccessFactors environments. This candidate thrives in 100% on-site, client-facing AMS delivery roles and possesses exceptional communication skills to interface between key HR business stakeholders and IT technical delivery teams.

Job Responsibilities

Deliver end-to-end functional AMS support including incident analysis, root-cause resolution, and minor system enhancements.

Oversee and configure critical HR processes across SAP HCM US Payroll, Time Management, and SuccessFactors (RCM, PMGM, OM/PA).

Collaborate directly with business stakeholders and IT technical teams to ensure continuous service delivery and SLA compliance.

Lead system testing, functional validation, and technical documentation updates for ongoing maintenance releases.
