Now Hiring: Project Staffing is hiring General Laborers for a variety of positions.
Position: Laborer
Location: Vermont, Various Locations & Jobsites
Employment Type: Temporary /Temp-to-Hire / Full-Time / Part-Time (with opportunity for long term employment). This is a staffing agency hiring for a variety of positions.
We are seeking hardworking and reliable folks for ta variety of roles. These roles involve supporting various projects, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring job sites remain safe and organized.
Project Staffing does not provide relocation assistance for any positions. If you are based outside the Vermont area, we still welcome your application — we value talent from all geographic backgrounds and want to hear from you if you are able to work on-site in Vermont
Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
Assist on sites as needed
Load and unload materials and equipment
Operate basic hand and power tools
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Perform general labor tasks as assigned
Clerical/data entry/office type assignments
Requirements:
Previous experience preferred (not required – will train). Assignments will vary.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor sometimes outdoors
Ability to work with computers and various office systems.
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Ability to work well in a team environment
Must comply with all safety regulations
