Manager, Finance Transformation & AI

Seeking a confident, consulting-minded leader to drive AI adoption across existing workstreams and business processes, improving efficiency and scalability within a SaaS environment. This role will lead cross-functional teams, partner with stakeholders, and deliver transformation initiatives across ERP and enterprise systems (Oracle PBCS, Salesforce). Ideal candidates bring consulting experience, strong client engagement skills, and a track record leading teams and complex implementations. AI enablement experience is a strong plus.
