Talent Management Manager

A Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, developing hiring strategies, and ensuring a positive candidate experience to attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Create effective talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization’s staffing needs and align with business goals. Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers. Employer Branding: Lead initiatives to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract high-quality candidates. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the skills and competencies required. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding. Data Analysis: Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor recruiting personnel, providing guidance and support to achieve hiring objectives. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment and supervision, with a proven track record in high-volume recruiting. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and familiarity with recruitment technologies and social media platforms. Work Environment The role is in an office setting. Some travel will be required for job fairs, college and recruitment events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
