Legal Billing Specialist

We are a growing midsize law firm seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to support our billing, accounts receivable, collections, and client payment processes. This role is critical to ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, proper handling of client payments, and compliance with trust accounting requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, highly organized, and comfortable communicating with clients, attorneys, and firm leadership regarding billing and account matters. This position works directly within MyCase, LawPay, and Lawmatics and supports the firm’s financial operations and client experience from intake through case resolution.
