Enterprise Sales & Client Success Manager - Facilities Management

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with an established network in the Facilities Management industry to drive revenue growth through both new business development and expansion of existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience selling facility maintenance, integrated facilities management (IFM), commercial trades, or building services to national and regional clients. This role is responsible for generating new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, growing existing accounts, and identifying additional revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Expand existing customer relationships by identifying additional service opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with Facilities Directors, Procurement, Real Estate, Construction, Operations, and Property Management leaders.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, conferences, industry associations, and strategic outreach.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, presentations, and negotiate service agreements.
  • Collaborate with Operations to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast using CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience within the Facilities Management, Commercial Maintenance, Building Services, Construction Services, or Property Services industry.
  • Demonstrated success selling to enterprise or multi-site clients.
  • Existing relationships with national retailers, property managers, facility management companies, healthcare systems, hospitality groups, logistics providers, or commercial real estate organizations are highly preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to develop business at both the executive and operational levels.
Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience at national Facilities Management companies, commercial maintenance providers, integrated facility management firms, self-performing contractors, or national service providers are strongly encouraged to apply.
