Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities Defines systems requirements, makes recommendations for technology selection, and performs moderately complex data analysis Leads stakeholder discovery sessions to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for product enhancements Owns requirements traceability throughout the product lifecycle Develops functional assessments and recommendations for SSI leadership regarding adoption, sequencing, and institutional readiness Requirements Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field Knowledge of ASU’s organizational structure, advising model, and higher education administration Demonstrated experience leading user acceptance testing strategy and execution for enterprise product implementations or upgrades Experience documenting integration requirements between student success products and SIS, LMS, or CRM systems Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in defining systems requirements and leading stakeholder sessions to gather and validate business needs.
