Family Physician for Community Health Clinic

We are seeking a Full‑Time dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic and mission‑driven team in Los Angeles, CA . As a Family Practice Physician, you will provide a full spectrum of care, from preventive screenings to chronic disease management. You’ll work in a supportive setting alongside a multidisciplinary team, helping improve health outcomes for the diverse and underserved communities we serve.

Open to New Graduates: We welcome recent residency graduates and early‑career physicians, offering mentorship and support in a collaborative, learning‑focused environment.

Schedule & Compensation

• Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Flex Schedule: Enjoy the preceding Friday off when working a Saturday shift
• Competitive Salary: $270,000 – $350,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.66 per mile

Required Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active California Medical License
• DEA Certificate , BLS , and PALS certifications (required)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• HIV Certification preferred (not required)
• Strong clinical acumen and commitment to patient‑centered care
• Familiarity with EClinicalWorks is a plus
• Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred

Pay Details: $270,000.00 to $350,000.00 per year
