Call Center Sales Representative

MCI Careers seeks Call Center Sales Representatives to drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences for leading technology and software brands. In this fast-paced role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, present product and service solutions, overcome objections, and close sales while meeting or exceeding KPIs. You’ll use CRM and call center tools to document interactions and follow structured scripts and compliance standards.
