CDR General Services is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our residential housekeeping team in Baton Rouge, LA . This position is responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and comfortable homes while providing high-quality housekeeping services.

Candidates must be comfortable working in homes with pets.

Location: Baton Rouge, LA 70809
Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform residential cleaning and housekeeping duties.
  • Clean and maintain kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces throughout the home.
  • Organize and maintain a clean and presentable living environment.
  • Follow cleaning procedures and client-specific instructions.
  • Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful attitude while working in clients’ homes.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Communicate any issues or special requests to supervisors.

Qualifications

  • Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred.
  • Must be comfortable working around pets.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to provide professional and courteous service to clients.
