The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a potential need for a Variety of IT positions to provide support for our government customer in Lorton, VA at Fort Belvoir.

POSITIONS:

Content Site Manager (3) – Requires a bachelor's degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. Dissemination Specialist Team Lead – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. Must also meet IAT level II certification. Dissemination Specialist Senior – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. Must also meet IAT level II certification. Dissemination Specialist Mid (2) – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. Must also meet IAT level II certification. Messaging Manager Senior (2) – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. Must also meet IAT level II certification. Messaging Manager Mid (2) – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. Must also meet IAT level II certification. Mission Trainer Team Lead – Requires a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years or an associate’s degree with 12 years experience. 5 years of demonstrated experience conducting training in the U.S. in multiple geographic locations. Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards. Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences. Mission Trainer Senior (2) – Requires a bachelor’s degree with 10 years of demonstrated experience in an intelligence discipline in DoD or the IC within the last 15 years or an associate’s degree with 12 years experience. 5 years of demonstrated experience conducting training in the U.S. in multiple geographic locations. Demonstrated experience drafting and formulating training materials or curriculum IAW TRADOC and Army standards. Demonstrated experience instructing and conducting training for military audiences. Intelligence Solutions Integrator Team Lead – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. Must also meet IAT level II certification. Intelligence Solutions Integrator Senior – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. Intelligence Sharing Specialist Mid – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma and 9 years of experience in an intelligence discipline. SharePoint Developer Senior – Requires a bachelor’s degree or an associate degree with 8 years of experience in SharePoint Development, including customized code, creating/modifying web parts, creating/modifying SharePoint workflows, and five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC, Agile, SCRUM, Lean). Five years of experience with software development Unit Testing, System Testing, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing, or other development testing experience. Five years of experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery. Microsoft System Administrator Senior (2) – Eight years of progressively responsible experience in server administration, including supporting and managing servers in a production environment. Five years of experience identifying and analyzing server requirements; planning the design and deployment of new technologies and upgrades. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA) or Windows Server 2012/Windows Server 2016 Certification; IAT Level II/Intermediate certification. Microsoft System Administrator Junior (2) – Three years of progressively responsible experience in desktop support and administration, including supporting, troubleshooting, and managing workstations, monitors, VTC, and printers. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA) or Windows Server 2012/Windows Server 2016 Certification; IAT Level II/Intermediate certification. SQL Database Administrator Senior (2) – Eight years of experience in SQL database administration supporting and managing databases in a production environment. Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MSCA) or SQL Server 2016 or SQL Database Administration Certification; DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II/Intermediate certification. .Net/C# Developer Senior (3) – Eight years of experience in .NET Development (including MS.NET, C#, MVC 4+, and IIS) for Windows Server web development. Five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC). DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II/Intermediate certification. Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer Senior (2) – Requires a bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience as a Business Analyst capturing and documenting business processes and requirements. Software Engineer/Quality Assurance Analyst Senior – Requires a master’s degree in software design, engineering, or computer science with 8 years of experience or a bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields with 10 years of experience in the same disciplines and IAT level II. ScrumMaster Senior – Requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience working with software developers and customers to scope projects, estimate levels of effort, and evaluate customer requirements to create applications for Microsoft SharePoint and IIS using the Microsoft .NET Framework. Must meet IAT level II certifications. Business Administrator Senior – Requires a bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university. Desired Education: Associate degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline. Intelligence Management Specialist Senior – Requires a bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university. Desired Education: Associate degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline. Data Integration Team Lead – Requires a bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university. Desired Education: Associate degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline and IAT Level II. Helpdesk Access Manager Senior (3) – Requires a bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university. Desired Education: Associate degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline and IAT Level II. Helpdesk Access Manager Mid (2) – Requires a bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university. Desired Education: Associate degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline and IAT Level II. Data Steward/Policy Manager (4) – Requires a bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from an accredited college or university. Desired Education: Associate degree with 7 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline or a high school diploma with 9 years’ experience in an intelligence discipline and IAT Level II. Program Manager (Part time) – Requires a master’s degree in business analytics, project management, accounting, finance, or business administration with 12 years of direct industry experience, or a bachelor’s degree in one of the above fields with 14 years of experience. Desired Certifications: CBA, ITIL, CGFM, CDFM, CCP, CMA, PMP, CDP.
