Their Frederick office houses design, property management, base‑build construction, and interiors teams are all under one roof.They currently manage 2.6 million sq. ft. of owned properties and are adding another 500,000 sq. ft. through new developments in Northern Virginia. This is a high‑volume, fast‑moving environment delivering small to mid‑sized commercial interior projects for a wide range of tenants. Your new roleThe company is hiring its first dedicated Estimator for the Frederick office, a key addition driven by ongoing growth. You will handle bids on projects ranging from $250K to $400K, and occasional larger jobs up to $2M.Your focus will be on subcontractor coordination, reviewing drawings, preparing pricing, writing contracts, and turning around accurate bids quickly. Takeoffs are minimal due to a consistent subcontractor base. What you'll need to succeedYou should have at least five years of estimating experience, ideally from an owner‑side or GC environment.
