Project Support Specialist

Job Description McLaughlin Research Corporation (MRC) is seeking an Administrative/Project Support Specialist. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment. Position requirements include attending meetings to capture meeting minutes/actions, following up with personnel on action item completion, developing and maintaining a Microsoft Project schedule, assisting with presentation preparation, supporting organization and archiving of program materials, assisting with logistics tasking such as shipping and receiving, supporting data transfer between the contractor, Newport RI, and Keyport, WA and supporting documentation and report development.
