Job Description
The PG Pool Group Swim Lessons position is ideal for individuals 14 years or older who are confident swimmers with a background in swim team, swim lessons, or strong foundational swimming skills. This role involves teaching and supporting children of all ages in developing their swimming abilities in a safe, fun, and engaging environment. Instructors must be comfortable working with groups, demonstrating patience, energy, and a passion for helping kids learn. Responsibilities include assisting with teaching lessons, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and providing encouragement and feedback to young swimmers to help them improve their confidence and technique in the water.
